Ah, the old grappling hook technique. When done right, it usually stops the car– but it can lead to some very bent-up streetlights.
What are the odds that Echo’s head was right on the edge of the car– right where you ordinarily would want the grappling hook to catch? Based on Ion and Echo’s track record, the odds are… pretty high, actually.
With a little elbow grease, you could probably buff those scratches out… right?
